Aloha and welcome to our Aukai Guest Suite! Our 1,600 sf front guest suite is the perfect blend of island and modern living, and is a short walk (less than 400 steps to be exact) to Lanikai Beach! Complete with two bedroom suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, a full size kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and outdoor lanai. Our property also includes 2 off street parking spots, which you know is highly coveted if you have ever been to Lanikai. Prime location and a long list of amenities!

First Bedroom

LEILA

Our first bedroom is provided with a king bed and includes built in closets and dresser. It is simply furnished with a glass desk, wood bench, and nightstands. Each bedroom has a separate AC and ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom is stunning with modern bold black tile and a spacious shower.

Second Bedroom

AUKAI

Our second bedroom is furnished with two twin xl single beds on custom white oak platforms. It also has built-in closets and a dresser as well as a desk, nightstands, and benches. Each bedroom has a separate AC and ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom is crisp and clean with bold white tile. Our second bathroom features a porcelain tub shower.

KITCHEN AND LIVING

We have a full kitchen stocked with the essentials, whether you choose to prepare a homecooked meal or heat up your favorite takeout. The kitchen is part of the suite’s open layout, flowing to the dining room and living room. Kitchen and living room amenities include:

ENTRY AND LAUNDRY

Our guest suite has a full size washer and dryer, with complementary laundry pods (All – Free and Clear). We aim to provide you with worry-free accommodations. We do have a cleaning fee to ensure that our guest suite is cleaned thoroughly (check our reviews!). We don’t have chore lists or tasks that you need to do. We would love to meet you, but also totally respect your privacy. If you need anything or have any questions we are usually able to respond or answer questions within the hour. We strive to provide sustainable and organic products as much as possible. This home is equipped with solar water heating and photovoltaic electricity.

LANAI/OUTDOOR

Our guest suite is complete with an outdoor patio and a beautifully landscaped front yard. We also have an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off after the beach. We provide a beach wagon with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for our guests!

GUEST ACCESS

Keyless (4-digit) guest specific pass code will be provide after booking prior to arrival. Please do not attempt to bring more guests than are on your reservation. Visitors are not allowed to stay the night and will be asked to leave. Please do not put us in that position.

BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY

Please message Josh at 808-489-7115 for availability and quotes. It is usually best to provide your desired dates and length of stay and we can provide you with your best options around those dates. Our latest availability is shown on our homepage.

Cancellation Policy – Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Check-in after 4:00 PM, we will text your if our guest suite is available before 4:00 PM. You may drop off luggage after 1:00 PM.

Check-out before 11:00 AM, no need to clean before checkout but tidying up is appreciated. Please do not strip beds or start laundry as we will take care of all the linens.

RULES AND POLICIES

  • No Pets Allowed
  • Quiet time between 10pm – 8am Be respectful of neighbors
  • We ask that you take care of our home so we can continue to share it for years to come.
  • Commercial photography and filming allowed
  • No Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes allowed
  • See rental agreement in terms and services
  • No parties allowed
  • Maximum number of guest specified during booking (4 guests for 2 bedroom bookings, up to 6 guests for 3 bedroom bookings)
